i mean, the nutrition side of it just felt kind of weak to me. I was expecting a bit more, so it didn’t really leave the best impression.

Checking out was kind of annoying, honestly. The order felt like it took forever, and it seems like these things always drag on way longer than they should

I emailed about my order and, amazingly, got basically no useful answer for days. I had to follow up again because apparently one message wasn’t enough, and even then I still felt ignored. Customer service really didn’t do much to help, which is always lovely when you’re just trying to get a simple update.

From what I remember, the broth tasted okay, but the packaging really stood out for the wrong reasons. A couple of the cartons arrived dented, and one had leaked a little inside the box. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it was still annoying, especially when you’re paying to have it delivered. I’ve had similar items arrive in better shape before, so I do think they need to pack these more carefully.

I really wanted to like this, but the broth just didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. One of the cartons had this dull smell and flavor, almost like it had been sitting around too long. Maybe it was just my batch, but i’m kind of tired of running into this same freshness issue again, especially for the price.

The delivery just wasn’t dependable. They gave a time window and made it sound like it would be there as promised, but it showed up late anyway. The tracking updates barely helped and didn’t really match what was happening. Frustrating when you’re told one thing and then left waiting around...

I kept checking the tracking, and the updates were basically useless, like nothing was changing for days. The product was okay, but the shipping was slow, really slow, and the lack of helpful updates made it even more frustrating.

The portions were seriously tiny. It felt like I paid full price just to get a couple of samples. Disappointing overall.
